Pricing and Payments 4.1 Pricing: - All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. - Prices are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payment Terms: - For orders exceeding the MOQ, customers must pay 30% upfront and the remaining balance before shipment. - For orders below the MOQ, full payment is required before processing. 4.3 Payment Methods: - Payments can be made via bank transfer, remittance services, or other methods agreed upon in advance. 4.4 Late Payments: - Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges at the discretion of CHHC Wholesales. --- 5.
